A vision plan from FutureWise may either pay for the full cost of your vision exam or require a small copay of $10 or $20. In addition to the cost of a vision exam, your vision insurance plan may give you anywhere from $120 up to $200 of credit towards buying a new pair of glasses or a new pair of contact lenses as needed.
We also offer vision insurance that is bundled with another insurance plan. For example, we provide vision, dental, and hearing plans bundled together. As well as being a more comprehensive insurance plan, these bundled plans may be better value than if you purchased it separately.
